2. What data we collect
This website uses anonymous visit statistics (analytics) to understand how the site is used and to improve our service. We collect: which pages are visited, for how long, which language is used, device type (mobile/desktop), and where the visit originated (e.g. Google, direct). We use a randomly generated, anonymous session identifier that is NOT linked to your name, email, or other personally identifying information. We do not store IP addresses.
3. Legal basis
Processing is based solely on your active consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a) and the Norwegian Electronic Communications Act §2-7b). You may withdraw consent at any time, see section 6.
4. Purpose
Statistics are used solely to improve the website and understand visitor needs. Data is not sold or shared with third parties, ad networks, or analytics companies — statistics are stored in our own database (Supabase, EU/EEA-based infrastructure).
5. Retention period
Anonymous visit data is stored for up to 14 months, after which it is automatically deleted.
6. Your rights
Since the data is anonymous and cannot be linked to you as a person, we generally cannot identify or delete data specific to you. You can withdraw consent to analytics cookies at any time by clicking "Manage cookie settings" at the bottom of the page — this immediately stops all future collection. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet, www.datatilsynet.no) if you believe processing violates applicable regulations.
